Most Common Error Codes (All Models)

• SE / 5E / SC: Drain issue – clean drain pump filter (bottom front panel); check hose not kinked.
• UE / UB: Unbalanced load – redistribute clothes; run calibration mode (hold Temp + Delay End for 7 sec).
• LE / LC / E1: Water leak – check hoses; clean debris filter; common on older AddWash models.
• DE / dE / DC: Door not closed properly – clean door seal; replace door lock assembly if clicking but not locking.
• ND: Not draining – clean pump filter; check drain hose height (max 96", min 60" from floor).
• SUD / SD: Too many suds – use HE detergent only; run Self Clean cycle.

Smart & Bespoke AI Models (2023–2025)

• Wi-Fi not connecting: Hold Smart Control 3 sec to enable; reset router to 2.4 GHz band.
• “AI Wash” not working: Run calibration first; ensure at least 2 kg load.
• Touch screen frozen: Unplug 10 min; if persists, enter service mode (Power + Delay End + Soil for 7 sec).

Front Load Specific

• Moldy smell: Leave door ajar; run monthly Self Clean+ with bleach or Affresh tablet.
• Vibration / walking: Ensure leveling legs adjusted; use anti-vibration pads; run calibration.

Dryer Specific

• No heat (electric): Check 240V breaker (both sides must be ON); clean vent duct yearly.
• TF / tE: Thermistor fault – clean vent sensor near lint filter.
